If he had a serious injury we should have considered suing them despite the fact we didn't actually "own" him yet considering how far in the negotaitions were. Everyone knew it was just a matter of time. He could potentially miss the US Tour or at the very least not get the necessary training and acclimatation.
Oh come on. This injury may be serious if the ligaments are injured but I don't believe it is the case. Rest will help but he is not a basketball player and we should not be worried.
