Barcelona president confirms Messi renewal talks

Speaking to journalists in Seattle, Barcelona president Joan Laporta has confirmed that Barcelona is working on the renewal of the contract of Barcelona right wing attacker and Argentinian international Lionel Messi (22):
"Everything is going well, at a good rhythm. Barça will always do what is necessary to make sure that Messi feels good at this club. We for one know that Messi is committed to Barça."
