This guy is a complete flop of the club. Just look at the money we've spent in transfer market for the last three years and look at the PERCENTAGE of players we bought really worth the money. He's not even half of Sandro Rossell.
LOL poor txiki. i dont wanna be in his shoes. i was just reading this article on sporting directors in italy, seems like they require a certificate course or something for that, a few former players have gone into it in fact, but i think you must have killer instincts to become top notch. gotta be one of the toughest jobs ever. pep's job is easier in a way, he has all ssn long to correct mistakes but txiki has very little room for error. i wonder how much he makes?
I think something of 2-3 million a year.
