Never forgett the Africa Cup 1 year ago, that told me enough how his caracter realy is...

Saw Drogba also in that tournament, he acted normal and didnt behave like a star.

Sigh it does seem to be taking rather long to get the deal done. Etoo is taking his sweet time. LOL. Even though Mourinho would have wanted him to come as quickly as possible to be integrated. Hopefully Moratti sorts things out.

Could just be a smokescreen too. Yesterday Inter said no talks till tuesday and then started talks last night. It is a bit annoying to be waiting.

They had a first meeting not even 24 hrs ago. You want him to sign the last big contract of his career in a hurry? What kind of people are you? Contracts are a serious matters, it's not two paragraphs. Every word can be decisive.

First you blame him that he doesn't want to talk with other clubs and wants to leave for free next year? No you blame him thatit doesn't go quick enough?

He has the right to decide when and to which he leaves after Barcelona has decided they don't want him anymore despite a contract for one more year.

i hte the way barcelona gets players nd hw this transfer is takin too long nd yes thats rite bout eto iniesta gooooooaaaaal!!!! im a barca fan but like the way real madrid gets players in a week or smetimes less but barca takes months even in january real madrid got 2 players nd barca ddnt get any barca dont know how 2 get gd players but anyway im still a barca fan barca 4life!!

I think they will finish it before the night is out. They were very, very close on the salary but there are other details to work out as well. I expect it'll be official before the night is done. Once Moratti gets involved, it will close.

Anony where would these insiders be? I guess this is why teams dont do swap deals in football. All of this extra hastle. If it was a straight cash deal we would have had ibra already.

you know its also a prestige thing,eto wants to negotiate with moratti himself.since no moratti was a meeting it was logical that eto wouldnt still sign.they should treat him like a champion .cause he is.i bet inter now are the smartest club in the world,getting 50mil + eto for ibra is awesome deal ,also loan hleb with buyout option.what more can they ask......

this is the best deal Barca could have got,the swap.
To me, Villa was the man.
complete team player,selfless.
Ibrahimovic is selfish and could have tussle with Henry and Messi.
Ibrahimovic likes RM more than Barca.
this transfer could be the doom as Ibra carries a lot of unwanted pride which could damage the team filled with friends.

I think is about time people stop talking smack about Eto'o. As everyone know this is probably going to be his last good contract and he is trying to get the most out of it since Pep "feels" Eto'o has to go. Put yourself in his shoes, he wasn't wanted at the beginning of the season and he proved to be VITAL for Barcelona's Treble run. An what Pep "feels" he should tell a players that by his own words was an example on and off the pitch? "Sorry, GTFO."
Still that is football and so negotiations for a new striker are in effect.
If the 40mill+ plus Eto'o transfer plus Hleb (Barcelona paying his salary) are true, then there is no reason why Eto'o shouldn't get the salary he is demanding from Inter.
