Brazilian left back defender Maxwell has arrived in Barcelona around 1 pm today. After the medical tests, he will be officially presented as new Barcelona player.
It is incredible. He will eat Abidal for breakfast and make the left side his own. In less than a month, he will be called up for the Brazil team and will become a fixed starter for Brazil at the left. Andre Santos, Kleber or Marcelo are complete jokes compared to Maxwell, even clowns.

Regarding the comment by Maxwell which is 'In Italy, both me and my team-mates were saying that Barcelona play the best football in the continent.' I wonder if the team-mate is Ibra :P I do remember him giving a similar statement :O

i wouldnt be surprised, ibra really wants to come to barca now to get the champions league, and wernt maxwell and ibra best friends at inter?
hopfully the maxwell signing will make ibra want to come to barca even more.
No idea about their friendship, but considering they both played at Ajax together as well you'd think they'd get along. They do have the same agent if I'm not mistaking..
We need to make Ibra push for the move. Ibra has stated in the past his love for our style, he clearly prefers us over his Mourinho-style team. Maxwell and Ibra are best friends too, Ibra need to put pressure on his team, he is dying to move to Barcelona, every statement he has made confirms this.
