Inter hoping to sign Hleb this summer

Italian sports paper Tuttosport claims that Inter is interested in Barcelona attacker and Belarusian international Alexander Hleb (28) (read more here).

With a transfer of Deco being difficult, the Italian champions would now like to transfer Hleb and would therefore not have driven up the transfer fee for left back Maxwell, whose transfer to Barcelona was yesterday officially announced, hoping that good relationships between the two clubs can help them to sign the Belarusian later this summer.

Don't see the link with Barça...


Anyway, think Hleb would do great at Inter if he can play in midfield and not on a wing like he did last season.

To replace the retiring Figo I guess.

He was a target for inter since he was at Arsenal. He even had some secret meetings with them and Arsenal back then made a mess about it.

But that doesnt prove the current rumor is true, we will see.

eto'o and hleb for zlatan?
no probably won't happen. if guddy, sylvinho, eto' all go we still need player in our squad. So without a bid for 15m, i wouldn't get rid of hleb.
pedro and jeffren will play some more next year to. victor sanchez and vazquez should play some more to.

i dont know abt his loan being official or not.
but i was wondering if his loan has soething to do with maxwells price being so low.
i was surprised txiki could pull off such a low price transfer without any negotiations..
i personally think hleb shouldnt go anywhere atleast till winter. pe has shown guddy the way out and we need more players so dont loan or sell hleb.

we shouldn't be getting rid of hleb unless we are guaranteed a replacement and of right now we aren't close to signing any midfielder.

How do you know that Marc4barca? Things happen fast, like this Maxwell deal, which came very sudden with little media coverage before the deal was signed.

Who knows, we might be in for Hernanes for 10m euros. He is a good enough backup for Iniesta, Xavi and Keita.

i hoping they sign sme new blood who can act as sub for xavi and cover for lw too
