I just hope Hleb clicks this season.. With us not signing any players till now, it is vital all the players we alrady have play well.

regarding ribery, reports also claim madid are going for Villa. I dont think it is possible for them to pay for BOTH villa and ribery.
am not sure however.. they maymanage the money somehow.
I just hope we make our moves fast and get keirrison,felipe and hopefully ribery and etoo stays

Madrid hav bought their striker . Now why will they go for Villa.
They ll go for the LW now and that is Silva/Ribery.
And also..now that Man utd lost Benzema to Madrid , they ll giv in all to sign Ribery.
I just hope we can sign Villa before that.

i dont mind hleb staying, he can cover for the team when we have to play 70 games next season. we should sign ribery before madrid, send s message that they are not the only ones

Forget Ribery, don't get me wrong, I would be delighted if we could sign him, but there is no chance. IMO we have to go for Silva/Arshavin (Silva first option) for LW position. He has everything what barca needs from LW, plus he is much cheaper.

Why would we do that? We don't need to send any 'messages' with signings. Madrid can't buy everyone nor can they play everyone. Sneijder's staying, Robben is on the wings. If they play 4-3-3, Higuain, Raul, Negredo don't even have starting spots.

if he can get some confidence he could be as good as new signing for us, cover for messi, xavi, iniesta and quality cover at that. one of guardiola's most important jobs this summer is to make this guy realise how good he is.

we cant rely on hleb getting back to top form...coz it will take time and still he wont be getting many chances to start with his current level in imp matches so not reliable...
so we desperately need a cover for xavi and left wing
silva would had been great ... ribery cant say ne thing (high price)... ashravin arsenal wont sell after just purchasing.. zhirkov never heard ne rumour with us after his interview chelsea r after him.....
dont know if there r ne other options..???

Ribery said its madrid or nothing and that was reported in one of the catalan newspapers so forget about him. If guardiola liked hleb so much how come he wasnt even on the bench in the champions league final?

Guys do i feel like me ?
Madrid is destroying football completly .
Football WAS game that WAS fun to watch.
Fotball was game , where players enjoy to play cuz they love it but now when Perez is here they love money not football.
Im really starting to hate Madrid , they are destroying football as sport , fun game that people enjoyed to watch .
Before it was 5-10mil for player , now 40mil isn enough to get an player like Ribery or Villa :S

LOL hleb was never a scorer, not in germany not in england. All the arsenal fans i talked to before he joined said the same thing, dribble dribble dribble, miss an easy goal. LOL.

Furymaker let me ask you a question, if you have a job and you see the same position at a different company offering twice your salary or three times your salary, would you attempt to get the job that offers triple your salary or would you stay where you are?

Oh and i'll say it again. Ribery said ITS MADRID OR BAYERN. So forget about ribery, he doesnt want to come here so we wont get him. Also madrid are now after silva after they finish getting xabi alonso and arbeloa

Before i post this let me just say its AS so we cant take anything at face value but just to give some perspective to everything

Xabi Alonso signed for real madrid. Soon it will be official, hours, maybe day from now. That also means that we will not be able to buy Mascherano beacuse liverpool doesn't want to sell both of their midifielders. Have in mind one thing, many clubs now have madrid money, so we could easily end with no quality transfers this term. Cheers

i think pep made the right decision if this is true. hleb like henry had to do a lot of adjusting on their first season. henry wasnt so hot when he first came but he found his rhythmn.

having said that, i'm continously amazed at so called barca fans who keep justifying madrid's money driven transfer policy. guys maybe you're supporting the wrong club? lol

ps. to those that would readily prejudge txiki et.al. based on a few media reports, we have never been accused of tapping up players. if barca has spoken to villa i'm certain it is with the permission of valencia. earlier villa was put out in the market going by the statements of val officials (+ remember also the failed talks with madrid in the previous ssn?), it is only now that valencia officials are again saying he is not for sale. what we do not know is whether this is a genuine attempt to keep him or simply statements calculated to up his price.
