imo, this means that barça should start looking/contacting an attacking midfielder!!

and with the current speed of acting, don't know if they will find an adequate one..

hernanes (25 at least as milan has realised->> barça is not going to pay that much)

what are the other options???

it just strikes me that no names are being rumoured for the left wing/ attacking midfielder position while now is the time to really close in on any of them!

well if this is true and i hope its not... we're gonna need 2 midfielders one for defence and one for attack...
and i dunno if we're gonna get even one... as for the left wing ... it seems no body is coming and if caceres will leave we're gonna need a CB other than Henrique because he's gonna fill in mostly as a RB cover for Alves... so we're still 3 sinings short !! WTF !!! :S :(

Since Hernanes as you say is out of our reach, which I seriously doubt considering the fact that Pep was so interested in getting him last summer, I say swoop for João Moutinho and snatch him right under the noses of madridstas... seems they are pretty much interested in him

i read tv3 has to pay barcelona 30mil. that money could help pay for transfers and if it is going to be used then it puts us at 75.5+30=100.5mil.

with hleb on loan that means we could use gai assulin a bit more. he can fill in where hleb would of filled in and he wont cost us anything.

Pep,,i wanted to know,,at the moment we are letting players go more than we r buying..it seems as if even with four new signings...guddy, hleb, sylvhino, cacares seem to b on the way out..sure we mite get replacements...BUT didnt guardiola say that he wanted to have a larger squad? What do u think? did he say that? and if he did do u think it will cause sme tension btw him and the board?

I say we either go for Hernanes, Gourcoff, or Fabregas (in order of preference). There are reports from Brazil that Hernanes's club has put a price tag of 10 million euros on Hernanes. In that case, I say we should get him in a heart beat if AC Milan are unwilling to pay that much for him.
Lyon already signed Cissokho. We could have try to do the same thing since AC Milan was unwilling to get him.

moutinho is totally useless for barça. Loaning out hleb is useless too..better keep him and let him rotate in the center midfield positions. Or wing when there's an injury. or indeed, eto'o + hleb and 20m!

Its a good thing that both Hleb and Guddy are leaving. They are deadwood and Barca is forced to become more active in order to get better replacement(s) for them. It would be better to sell Hleb right away, then the team could spend more in transfer market. His loan deal would not make any sense. I think that its possible to sign Villa, Cesc and Keirrison but that requires selling also Eto'o and Caceres. Poulsen would not offer anything special to the team, we need more attacking midfielders!
