Barcelona player Alexander Hleb (27), who joined Barcelona last summer, was yesterday named Belarus' Player of the Year by Belarusian weekly paper Pressball has announced that .
Hleb, who won the trophy for the sixth time in seven years, topped the poll of coaches, team captains, referees and journalists organised by the paper, finishing ahead of BATE Borisov striker Vitali Rodionov and Rostov midfielder Aleksandr Kulchiy.
