messi tried tonight some passes that eto would have get,but ibra isnt as much of a fighter as eto is and also doesnt know messi's play yet....the team needs more time and as i have already said ibra will need alot of time to adapt,and we will have to adapt to ibra's cf style...

city parked the bus after the goal,it was tough without xavi in,pep had to use messi in the middle and still it was bad,thiago was good but he needs another year in b team,gai needs 2 years in b team..... dos santos had a good shot and thats it,and the defenders were quite solid today cause we didnt have much pressure....

2 more players i have said it ,i say it now i will say it again ,2 more players.it may be the difference of a titless year or a 6 title year....i wish this match has opened the boards eyes a little...

Skanjos you have said all. I was shocked with Ibra's slow movement . I am sure he is the one to adapt not Barca adapting to his playing style. We dont need all those stylish play infront of the goal. Eto would have made a difference. I am so impressed with Gai's perfromance and Maxwell. Messi has showed his leadership quality again

Agreed on the Ibra matter. He seemed slow but let's not forget this is the first time he plays with Barcelona. Regarding Eto'o they do need to build a statue of him, just like Iniesta said a couple days ago. He is a "killer", few strikers can do what he does. Besides that he is a natural fighter, always trying to get the ball and improve his game. Ibra is gonna have to work harder if he wants to emulate what Samuel has done at Barcelona.

anony is talking nonsense again. Ibra hasn't played at all with the team. This is his first 45 minutes and of course he needs plenty of time to gel with the team, his injury has prevented him from getting match fit and gel with the team, so patience is needed.

Gai impressed you? He was weak. Lost the ball constantly. Thiago and Dos Santos were much better. Everybody could see this.

All of them shud stay with the first team permanently. I think they are outstanding players.

Or atleast keep jefferen muniesa and dos santos permanently in the first team.

Jeffren isn't good enough. I dont understand how people can say anything else. Thiago, Dos Santos, Muniesa and maybe Fontas are ready. Jeffren needs to go. I still feel there is a problem with Pedro and Bojan too unfortunately...Those two doesn't look any better than Dos Santos or Thiago which espescially Bojan should as he has been with the first team for two seasons.

Jeffren I dont like that much. Loan him out.

Pedro will stay so doesn't matter, but I think he is abit limited. Pedro and Bojan doesn't strike fear in the opposition.

Thiago was very good. I have always said that Thiago is a much bigger talent than Gai. He showed it again today. He is ready to play for the senior team.

Dos Santos was very good. He has a good distance shot, which is very needed in this team, and he is clever and has nice close ball control and passing. Him and Thiago occupy the same spot on the midfield, but I think they can fight it out between them. They both are good enough for this team.

Muniesa was solid, but wasn't tested much.

Fontas was good. He is stronger and taller than Muniesa, but Muniesa is probably the closest to being 4th central defender behind Rafa, Pique and Puyi.

Montoya wasn't convincing. Petrov scored on his side on the counterattack.

Overall, we dominated possession completely, played well, especially second half. It was another game with the English bus. In the first half, Yaya was very good, I like his offensive qualities alot. But the front three of Jeffren-Bojan-Pedro was weak. There wasn't much end-product in the first half.

He didnt get a major knee or ankle injury.The money we spent on him should be equivalent to the performance on the pitch. Look at the Inter -Lazio game Eto made the fans happy. Barca we are use to seeing goals from the striker so that really hurt me. Anyway lets wait and see what happens....Ibra I need goals thats all

I can't believe that people are judging Ibrahimovic already!!! He's played 45 mins with a team he never played with before fielding so many youngsters and without Xavi, Iniesta and henry and people are comparing him to Etoo!!! This is all not to mention he's injured, coming from the holidays and started training only a couple of days back! and on his own!

He's Ibracadabra but not superman!
